Sazon tropical seasoning 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tablespoon chicken base or 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1/3 lb. sliced smoked sausage 1/3 lb. boneless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch pieces 2 cups water or chicken broth 1 can sliced mushroom 1/3 cup frozen lima beans chopped green onion tops for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: Heat a skillet and add a little olive oil.
