Chicken, Andouille and Shrimp Jambalaya Back by popular demand, Universal Studios Florida is once again celebrating its popular annual event, Mardi Gras 2022!  The event features spectacular parades with detailed themed floats, beads, concerts, and themed merchandise. The event is also bringing back the popular addition to the 2021 celebration—the food!  Food booths showcasing Universal’s take on New Orleans cuisine and beverages as well as unique international options will be dotted throughout Universal Studios during this event which takes place on February 5 through April 24, 2022.   These internationsal booths will sweet and savory options and a few fun adult beverages!   Seafood Boil There are always returning New Orleans style favorites food options such as Beignets (powdered sugar French donuts) and the seafood boil featuring crawfish, shrimp, as well as potatoes and smoked sausage.  Food options from international booths will include Coconut Curry Shrimp Laksa (a sweet and
